Rogers is a remarkable toddler whose journey has touched the hearts of many. Born with Down syndrome, Rogers was diagnosed with a life-threatening heart defect at just four months old. 

That's when the David Ortiz Children's Fund stepped in, becoming a beacon of hope for Rogers and his family. Immediately upon receiving the green light from our team of doctors at CEDIMAT, Rogers underwent life-saving surgery to repair a large hole in the heart tissue.

Today, Rogers is a picture of happiness. He's enjoying the same heart health as any other child his age, laughing, playing, and discovering the world around him with boundless energy and glee.
